The Albatross is Free

Finally, after 9 months we have sold our old house. Who knew it would take so long? I was always of the mindset that if you lower the price enough any house would sell and that houses that took so long to sell were clearly overpriced. I have been humbled. After 9 months of 2 house payments I am so happy to say goodbye to that old house. Now we will be able to build up the trip fund and Tom's toy fund again. I have been missing our regular travel. The buyer was a big whiner but in the end he signed the papers. The albatross is finally free!
